Try washing them with baking soda in the wash cycle and vinegar in the rinse cycle.

Add a cup of white vinegar in the final rinse…

Try washing as usual and use some white vinegar to help neutralise the smell as a rinse aid
Hang in the fresh air and sunshine to dry.
This may help tho one garment I bought I could not get the smell out either.
Other than that perhaps try having something dry-cleaned to see if that will work
